I got an anniversary gift back in October and then another gift for Christmas about a week ago. Service still amazing and the owner remembered me and my girlfriend, had a great conversation about the jewelry and I asked about fixing another watch I own so I left it for an estimate. He call me back next day and was very informative about what it needed so I'm leaving it so he can fit it sometime after the New Year. Still an amazing experience.

Hugo, Really fantastic. He knows more about fine watches than any one in ft.Lauderdale. I was here when The Galleria had Jordan Marsh and Mayors was across the street.by Wolfies deli , He is honest and fair. I have had the best time pieces serviced , Rolex is not a really fine watch.
I have used Bentley's for many years--for simple things, like replacing batteries and more complicated jewelry repairs. Hugo is amazing! Not only a jeweler, he is a certified gemologist and has been very helpful in identifying genuine stones vs. less valuable stones. Professional, easy to talk to and always helpful--Hugo has always exceeded my expectations .
I have been shopping here since I moved to South Florida in 1984. I first met Hugo's uncle and then in the early 90s, I met Hugo. He has helped me select many beautiful things since then. My lovely pearls are a keepsake that I will always treasure. Recently, I took my watch in to have the battery relaced. It is a watch, certified waterproof at scuba depths, that had to be pressurized. Not only did he take care of it, but another one too. Just as importantly, he helped upgrade it from stainless to gold, at a price I could afford. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I trust him and enjoy visiting his store. So many beautiful things...

I needed to have my Breitling lady cockpit watch serviced, and Hugo did a great job. I then brought in a vintage Gucci watch that I needed to add two links to the bracelet. Gucci Switzerland no longer had them in stock. Hugo made some calls, found them at a distributor in Ohio, and voila, another 'new' watch! Great service!!! I highly recommend Hugo and Bentley's!!!
